Build Your Stamp
Build your own stamps with the help of our Surface Selector Tool and our Stamp Design Tool. It’s important to know what types of surfaces your stamps will be applied to, since not every stamp is created equally. Rubber stamps aren’t only used on standard paper; they can also be used on glossy paper, plastic, metal, glass, wood, skin, fabric, leather, cardboard, napkins and envelopes. Some products will work well on one kind of surface and not work at all on another kind, which can leave you feeling a little lost and confused. Our Surface Selector Tool helps you build your stamp without having to second-guess yourself. Once you know how your stamps will be used, you can click on your preferred surface and find hundreds of products to suit your needs. For example, some of the recommended products for standard paper surfaces include pre-inked, self-inking and hand stamps, while we would only recommend quick dry stamps, hand stamps and non-porous pads for metal surfaces. Most legal and financial offices have a set of standard stamps, but if you’re interested in creating a stamp that’s unique to you and your business; you can use our Stamp Design Tool to add custom text or even upload original artwork. When you build your stamp with this tool, you have a few options. First, you can create simple text with up to three lines within the “Simple View” tab, all in the same color, font, style and justification. If you’d like the text to vary in style from line to line, you can do that as well by visiting the “Line Options” tab. Finally, if you’d like your stamp to feature a picture, logo or even your own signature, you can do so by clicking on the “Add Artwork or Clipart” tab. If you have any difficulties, or if you don’t understand any of the steps in the build your own stamps process, you can click on the little blue “Design Help” button for a set of clear instructions and tips. There are certain copyright rules and limitations with trademarked images, so be aware of these before uploading. If you still need help, don’t hesitate to give us a call at 800-469-7826.
